Despite the high volatility in the environment, we strengthened the foundations of our organic growth. We acquired a record number of customers and achieved a double-digit increase in loan volumes in retail and corporate banking. The consistent implementation of our strategic directions allowed us to further improve the profitability of our core business.

In 2021 we developed dynamically in the retail area and returned to a growth path in corporate banking. Sales of personal accounts and mortgage loans in parallel with outstanding corporate loans reached their historic highs, above those recorded before the pandemic. Consistent organic growth, further improvement of profitability and keeping operating costs under control allow us to achieve very good financial results on business activities.
