Diluted earnings are equal to the basic earnings per share, since there are no factors that cause dilution. Basic earnings per share are calculated as a quotient of the earnings attributable to the Bank’s equity holders and the weighted average number of ordinary shares during the year, except for ordinary shares acquired by the Bank and recognized as own shares.
